Estonian War Museum is closed until 1st of May 16.03

Due to state of emergency declared by the government of republic of Estonia on 12th of March 2020 to contain pandemic of coroniavirus COVID-19 Estonian War Museum remains closed for visitors until 1st of May 2020 if not announced otherwise. 

All excursions and events in Viimsi manor are cancelled or postponed. Museum work in other areas continues as before.

However considerable part of collections of the War Museum has been digitized, so you are kindly welcome to take a look at those items via Estonian Museums Public Portal MuIS 

Full texts of articles in a peer‑reviewed journal Estonian Yearbook of Military History published every year since 2011 by Estonian War Museum in cooperation with Tallinn University Press are free to read here
