1. Processing of personal data

1.1 Personal data is processed by the Estonian War Museum – General Laidoner Museum, with the registration code 70006139, address Mõisa tee 1, 74001 Viimsi.
1.2 The processing of personal data shall be lawful, fair and transparent to the data subject.
1.3 Personal data shall only be processed if there is a legal basis for doing so.
1.4 The protection of personal data is ensured by all legal security measures. The Service Provider undertakes not to disclose registered personal data to unauthorised persons.

2. Service provision

2.1 By subscribing to the Service, including educational programmes, guided tours, children’s camps, room rent, birthday programmes, etc., the Service User gives their explicit and informed consent to the Service Provider to process their personal data.
2.2 In connection with the services booked, the Museum will use the personal data that it has received only in connection with the event and will not pass it on to third parties.
2.3 The Service Provider reserves the right to transfer personal data concerning the Service User to persons who are legally entitled to do so and who process the data in order to fulfil a legal obligation and to persons who are legally entitled to do so and who do so for the protection of the life, health or freedom of the Service User or of another person.
2.4 The Service User has the right to control the personal data concerning him or her, as well as the right to modify such data or to request the termination of the processing of his or her personal data.
2.5 The Service User gives their consent to the Service Provider to send the e-mail address they provided when placing the order to the Service Provider.

3. Recording

3.1 Public events at the Museum may be photographed or filmed. These recordings will be published on the Museum’s website, social media, media channels or in Museum publications. According to Section 11 of the Personal Data Protection Act, there is no obligation to provide information in the case of public events that can reasonably be expected to be recorded for publicity purposes. For such photographic and video material, the museum may set a permanent retention period.
